Full-time | Remote | English + Russian requiredWe’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Global Recruiter to join the Evido by aitarget team and help us scale our operations by hiring top-tier professionals across international markets.You’ll focus primarily on client success roles (BDMs, Account Managers, Onboarding Specialists) as well as digital marketing and tech positions — helping us build strong, diverse, and globally distributed teams.This is a fully remote role with working hours aligned to GMT+2 to GMT+4. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and team leads to ensure we attract and hire the right talent to support our growth across regions.About EvidoEvido is a global advertising platform helping brands and agencies launch and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Telegram, and other channels. We combine automation, human expertise, and a deep understanding of local markets to deliver measurable performance at scale. Our team is fully remote and operates across more than 10 countries.What You’ll Do
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for key positions in Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Tech
  • Source candidates globally — from the CIS region to Africa, and beyond
  • Craft engaging outreach messages and manage first-touch communications in both English and Russian
  • Screen candidates for cultural fit, values alignment, and role suitability
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Evido and ensure a strong candidate experience
  • Coordinate interview processes and feedback loops with hiring managers
  • Maintain visibility into your funnel, track KPIs, and proactively solve bottlenecks
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Who You Are
  • Fluent in both English and Russian — must-have
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house), ideally in fast-paced, tech-driven environments
  • Comfortable with international hiring and familiar with cross-cultural communication nuances
  • Exceptionally organized, self-driven, and able to work independently
  • Skilled at using sourcing tools like LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, etc.
  • Thoughtful communicator who values transparency and a great candidate experience
