- COM-SU-4743/5191-TCO coating specifications for equipment, piping and steel structures.
- Understanding the insulation requirements of IRM-SU-1381-TCO.
- Planning and scheduling process.
- Management of Change process for Production Facilities and Operations (MOC-F&O Process).
- IMPACT Process and its milestones including key elements, tools, requirements, systematic sequence to ensure timely and quality execution of each phase deliverables and effective achievement of goals and risk minimization.
- In-depth understanding of the RIPT process and drive evaluation sessions.
- Provide professional expertise in determining the required materials, resources and equipment to execute TA within the approved scope and ensure their effective implementation.
- Proficiency in GEP SMART, JDE, Power BI, Salesforce, ePTW, TA Pro, and TA Notes.
- Expertise in SCM process and ensuring timely arrival of materials.
- Generation of material requests, tracking the order status at all stages up until the arrival of materials at TCO warehouses.
- Required knowledge and experience in procurement management including communication with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with suppliers ensuring clear and timely communication on all supply related matters.

- Job Specification and requirements:
- Advanced level of planning and self-discipline skills.
- Calculation of all main materials required for welding and painting works.
- Calculation of consumables - electrodes, disks, sand, paints, tents, studs, gaskets, blinds.
- Actively participate in the development of contract matrix.
- Develop solution options within job capabilities.
- Act independently with minimal supervision over work performance.
- Demonstrate the ability for self analysis.
- Express thoughts in a clear, concise and structured manner in writing and verbally.
- Take practical steps towards self-development.
- Share work experience and information with colleagues to achieve team goals.
- Understanding the basics of all inspection methods and their sequencing.
- Clearly develop welding stepped out instructions for equipment and piping.
- Ability to analyze P6 schedules:
- Understanding the methods of developing work schedules.
- Clear distribution of priorities.
- Clearly structure and justify deviations from planned dates.
- Identify SimOps in other disciplines and logic ties.
- Have excellent presentation skills.
- Participate in SCRUM & SOW workshops and provide technical support.
- Clearly justify best practices for repair and replacement of fixed equipment.
- Create RWAs for BPs and participate in sessions aimed at reduction and optimization of PPs.
- Coordinate all Pre-TA activities: scaffolding, insulation removal, inspection works, logistics, as well as other preparations at the assigned area.
- Timely preparation of schedules, resource plan, search for materials for discovered works.
- Advanced level of digital and meta skills.
- Education: Higher (technical).
- Work experience: from 5 years and higher.
- IT knowledge and skills: Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) TA Pro, TA notes, Salesforce, P6, Power BI.
