  • To help run day-to-day operations of a global venture fund;
To help build & maintain processes of wow-quality for team, LPs, global founders and third parties.What You’ll DoCollecting, analyzing, and structuring informationCoordinating with fund administrators to keep accounting records up to dateTracking projects and reporting deadlinesMaintaining the system of records, including invoices and fund/deal documentationManaging vendor relationships, credit cards, reimbursements, invoice payments, and bank accountsSupporting the monthly update of the budget fileAssisting with the quarterly portfolio valuation process and LP reportingExecuting transfers and liaising with internal stakeholders to complete various tasksMaintaining CRM systemsAssisting with ad-hoc LP requests related to capital calls, commitments, compliance, tax, and other mattersCommunicating with third-party advisors on tax and compliance reporting and providing support during audit seasonIdentifying inefficiencies and optimizing/automating recurring processesSupporting the fund team with a variety of ad-hoc tasksWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of prior work experience, ideally with a finance or economics background in international companyСuriosity about startups/VCDiligent, detail-oriented, and proactiveIntermediate proficiency in Excel/Google SheetsComfortable working independently in a fully remote setup (European time zone, CET±2)Strong people skillsHow We Work

The management company assists the GP to identify, evaluate, structure and recommend potential investments to the fund and manages the affairs of the fund, including : HR functions; payroll management; office operation and maintenance; other operational duties.
