- Acts as a local IT first-level support for our business users in open, multilingual and multicultural environment;
- Support various globally recognized technologies and using the widely recognized standards and best practices.
- Maintains user requests in the help desk system;
- Escalates IT infrastructure issues to appropriate escalation channels;
- Prepares various equipment for our employees and maintains various IT hardware and software, according to the corporate standards;
- Maintains and updates local IT procedures and support documentation;
- Prepares and provides end user training;
- Provides user administration in AD and other systems;
- Communicates with suppliers and internal PwC Teams.
- University degree in IT or related area;
- Experience in Helpdesk, Technical support or similar IT positions;
- Customer service attitude;
- Very good knowledge of English (verbal and written);
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Desktop OS;
- Good knowledge in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint templates and Excel macros;
- Good understanding of Android, iOS;
- PC software configuration and installation;
