- Promote a culture of continuous learning and self‑development across the company.
- Collaborate with trainers and partners (internal and external) to deliver impactful programs.
- Support digital learning platforms (LMS) and ensure timely reporting for quality analytics.
- Evaluate training outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and update Training Policy in line with strategic goals.
- Analyze training effectiveness using key metrics (coverage, satisfaction, application, ROI, competency progress) and report annually.
- Design and implement mentoring programs tailored to company objectives and employee needs.
- Develop local D&I strategies aligned with Group Office priorities to build an inclusive culture.
- Engage with ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) and support employee communities.
- Maintain documentation and reporting for projects, processes, and centers of expertise.
- Lead relevant projects that drive inclusion and engagement.
- Monitor HR trends and integrate best practices into company initiatives.
- Higher education
- Relevant experience in Learning and Development and Diversity and Inclusion
- English – upper intermediate level and above
- Computer skills – experienced user of Excel, PowerPoint
- Structural, proactive, organizational skills, good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
