The Head of Recruitment will oversee and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the firm’s audit, tax, consulting and strategy teams. This role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic input.The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with strong industry knowledge, leadership potential, and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and business leaders.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy & ExecutionManage end-to-end recruitment for all roles — from junior to senior-level professionals in audit, tax, consulting and strategy.Work closely with business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs.Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top audit and finance talent.Team LeadershipSupervise and guide a recruitment team.Provide coaching and support to ensure consistent, high-quality recruitment delivery.Stakeholder ManagementPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.Advise leadership on market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.Build strong relationships with professional bodies, universities, and accounting institutions.Employer Branding & Talent PipelineSupport employer branding initiatives to position the firm as a top employer in the finance and audit space.Lead campus engagement, internship, and early-career recruitment programs.Recruitment OperationsEnsure recruitment processes are efficient, fair, and compliant with internal and external standards.Track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and report on performance.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.5–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within audit, accounting, or financial services.Experience recruiting for professional roles such as auditors, accountants, analysts, and consultants.Prior experience leading or mentoring a small team or managing recruitment projects.Skills:Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Hands-on expertise in sourcing and interviewing finance professionals.Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment reporting.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Knowledge of DEI practices and local labor regulations.About EYEY is a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services.
