- Creating orders in the 1c system for sales and service departments
- Uploading Open Order Report (OOR) from the supplier onto 1C
- Processing of requests regarding delivery dates, replacement of articles, cancellation of orders/items (work with Suppliers)
- Manage swap document processing with Freight Forwarders for clearance (on EXW and FCA terms)
- Uploading on purchasing platforms: web parts, ihub and Fleetguard platform
- Update Supersessions on 1C every 2 months
- Create Invoices for each Shipment of Parts and Whole Goods
- Complete Rebuild Centre Critical Parts List and share with the Global team- Expedite Parts for the Rebuild Centre and Service
- Parts Backorder Management and communication
- Warehouse Inventory ordering and control in line with demand and Inventory Optimization Initiatives
- Regular engagement with the TOO team for parts order management
- Create orders using Movex ERP for Whole Goods and Parts for CME customer in Central Asia and Africa Middle East (AME)
- Supply Relevant documentation to Freight Forwarders for clearance of goods and to customers for clearance at final destinationQualifications and Experience- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- Fluent English
- Knowledge 1C is necessary (1С for supporting for Kazakhstan region)
- Excel user;
- Experience with goods delivering from «door to door» (quotations, contract with supplier, shipment (local and international with Incoterms knowledge), invoices, customer orders);Location: KaragandaWork schedule: 5/2 (temporary work for 1.5 year)Компания FSSA является глобальным провайдером по решению кадровых вопросов.
