- Advanced or Proficient level of English, Korean
- Advanced level of MC Excel
- Knowledge of Law of RoK “On State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Certain Types of Oil Products”
- Knowledge of oil and oil products storage and transportation standards, the procedure of concluding contracts, the procedure for preparing claims and their processing; B2B principles; Oil pricing and etc
- Basic knowledge of production technology; industrial safety, environmental protection
- User of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
- Calculation of prices and control over the cash flow for executed sales.
- Timely preparation of contracts addendums with Buyers and control on contract terms execution.
- Planning works for export and domestic sales of produces products, and to refineries.
- Timely preparation and control of documents for sales of crude oil for domestic and export market.
- Agreement of prices, discounts on marketable oil for export and domestic market with Buyer
- prepayment control, market analys, offloading situation
- Making contract with buyers under the SOCIAL OBLIGATION of MoE
- Timely execution of additional agreements and amendments to agreements for the sale of finished products
- Pricing, negotiation of final discounts after receipt of shipping documents, preparation of final invoices to the Buyer
- Timely mailing of documents for export, domestic (for Express mail, and e-mail)
