To be responsible for developing the service and spare parts sales business from existing customer and develop new customers in consistency with Company's strategies, goals and targets.Take active participation in maximizing the sustainable growth of our Compressor Technique Service business across the Kazakhstan territory by promoting sales of CTS products in accordance with agreed business plans and in a manner that all products are promoted.Your daily dutes
- Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business targets, managing productivity.
- Negotiate and close the orders.
- Prepare commercial offers, calculate and estimate costs of service jobs and supply of spare parts.
- Analyze and provide timely, accurate market information to management (competitive activities, "red flag" issues related to business in the region, etc.).
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships at all levels, ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop the service and spare parts sales business in the assigned region in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the existing and potential customers.
- Increase territory sales and market share in the assigned area/region.
- Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivables & overdue; take necessary measures and actions to eliminate overdue.
- Collaborate with colleagues handling capital equipment sales to co-ordinate activities where appropriate to maximize customer relationship and business outcome.
- Attend sales meetings and ensure that all subsequent action required is undertaken.
- Plan & schedule frequent visits to customers sites.
- Act timely on assigned back office leads like - Smart link leads, Sales Campaign leads.
- Sound technical understanding and ability to quickly adopt to new products/ technical developments.
- Working experience (2-3 years) in an industrial environment wiil be your advantage.
- Strong sales techniques and skills with substantial work experience in B2B direct sales.
- Excellent verbal and written Russian as well as Kazakh required. English (both written and spoken) would be a good advantage.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Good listener; problem solver; confident; ambitious; team worker.
- Self-directed and good organizational, interpersonal skills.
- Computer literature: Microsaft office 365 and Excell.
- Must have a valid driver's license (B category).
