About the RoleWe are looking for a strong and experienced HR Administration professional to ensure full legal compliance and operational excellence in personnel documentation across a workforce of 1,000+ employees.This role is critical for mitigating labor law risks, ensuring full compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, structuring and maintaining internal HR regulatory documents, managing complex employment cases (including labor disputes), and reviewing civil law contracts (ГПХ) to prevent misclassification risks.The position adds value by protecting the company from regulatory, financial, and reputational risks while maintaining efficient HR operations at scale.RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of experience in HR administration in medium or large organizations (500+ employees)Strong practical knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of KazakhstanProven experience in developing and implementing internal HR regulatory documentsHands-on experience in handling labor disputesExperience reviewing and structuring civil law contracts (ГПХ) to avoid misclassification risksAdvanced user of 1C ЗУП and ExcelExperience in HR compliance audits or interaction with regulatory authorities is a plusExperience in Big4 or international companies would be an advantageResponsibilitiesFull-cycle HR administration (hiring, transfers, dismissals, amendments)Development, implementation, and maintenance of internal regulatory documentsEnsuring compliance with labor legislation and monitoring legislative updatesReview and correction of civil law contracts (ГПХ) to prevent labor law violationsParticipation in resolving labor disputes and preparation of legal documentationInteraction with state authorities and regulatory bodies when requiredAudit and optimization of personnel documentation processesImprovement and automation of HR administrative processes (1C ЗУП, Doodocs, internal systems)Supporting HR team and management on compliance-related mattersKPMG is a global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services.
