This role is all about scaling: planning, launching, and optimizing high-impact performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels and affiliate networks. You’ll work closely with product, creative, and analytics teams to deliver campaigns that drive measurable growth and deliver real business results.Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns in paid channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Telegram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Setting up and maintaining analytics systems (Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.)
  • Adapting creatives and landing pages to different scenarios
  • Testing new traffic sources, advertising formats, and targeting approaches to improve customer acquisition.
  • Developing media plans, budgeting
  • Conducting A/B tests (creatives, targeting, landing pages)
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
  • Managing advertising accounts, tracking and preventing blocking
  • Funnel analysis and identifying growth points at all stages of traffic acquisition
  • Preparing reports and scaling proposals
Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience as a performance marketer
  • Experience working with multiple advertising networks and traffic sources.
  • Skills in analytics (Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.)
  • Results-oriented approach: achieving CPA, ROI.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, quickly test hypotheses, and scale successful campaigns
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in marketing financial services, cryptocurrency, blockchain, gaming, and gambling.
  • Understanding the specifics of promoting crypto products in various jurisdictions.
  • Basic copywriting and creative development skills (Figma, Canva, AI editors).
  • Ability to work with task trackers (Linear, ClickUp, etc.).
