- Drive transformative growth in the Away-from-Home business for BCCA FOBO
- Build and execute in partnership with all stakeholders (franchise partners, market and OU team, International
- Bevs & AFH) to deliver a step-change AFH growth agenda covering
- Winning More AFH Key Accounts
- Expand Independent AFH outlet coverage
- Sell More across both Independent and Organized AFH
- Build capability of our partners on AFH (leveraging International AFH community / best practices and playbooks) to support the above growth agenda and actively partner with them to build and execute the transformation plan to deliver against the growth agenda
- Own Annual Plan, 3-Year Plan and Contractual agreements for all AFH topics Требования:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: 5-8 years in commercial, key account management, or channel development within beverages or FMCG.
- Experience in Away From Home / foodservice / on-premise channels strongly preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L understanding.
- Proven success in working with distributors, bottlers, or franchise systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders in a regional, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English (additional Central European languages a plus).
