- Channel Strategy & Development (10 Markets Central Eurasia): Define and implement a comprehensive O+O channel development strategy for Beauty Specialists across 10 markets in Central Eurasia. Identify new incremental growth opportunities, and co-create action plans to capitalize on them.
- Business Growth & Performance: Drive profitable growth and market share within the Beauty Specialists channel. Set ambitious targets, oversee budget KPIs, and ensure accountability for delivering results across the entire Central Eurasia cluster.
- Partnership Management & Expansion: Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners. Identify and launch new clients to expand reach and market penetration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Countries’ Sales, Category Activation and Business Planning teams across the Central Eurasia region to ensure alignment and effective execution of channel development priorities.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of channel development professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals, including performance management, training, and development.
