Обязанности:

Ensuring that the operation of the area under its responsibility is carried out in the best way possible on a daily basis
Performing duties in accordance with the practices, instructions and operations specified by the Sales Manager and the practices and Group standards determined by the Head Office.
Performing duties in accordance with the facility procedures and instructions.

Providing full support to the supervisor by facilitating the work and ensuring continuous improvement.Owns and cares for all kinds of operational equipment and materials.As stated in the standards, guests are careful and responsible for their needs and wishes.Handles and acts according to the hierarchy structure that can respond to guest complaints and according to the procedures for evaluating instant guest complaints.Provides high guest satisfaction and service guarantee as specified in the standards and ensures its continuity in the area it is in charge.Keeping the assigned area clean and tidy ensures the availability of sufficient and suitable equipment for the operation and ensures that all equipment is clean and flawless.As stated in the standards, always provides uniform appearance, dress, daily care and personal hygiene. Требования:

Must be a University Graduate.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in their field
Knowledge of Russian and preferably English
Knows, applies and applies all kinds of services and products related to his field.
Knowledge of other departments and processes it affects.
