Если вы работали в кейтеринге, на фабриках-кухнях, объектах корпоративного питания или на вахтах — мы будем рады вашему отклику.Снабжение и склад: Формирование заявок на сырье и полуфабрикаты. Контроль своевременного получения и качества продукции.Технологический контроль: Личное приготовление блюд. Контроль соблюдения ТТК и норм закладки всей командой.Обучение и инструктаж: Проведение инструктажей по технологии приготовления и технике безопасности. Контроль соблюдения персоналом правил личной гигиены.Санитарный надзор: Полный контроль чистоты.
