Job Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Market Analysis: Identify new markets, emerging trends, and potential business opportunities through thorough market research and analysis. Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with the company’s goals. Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning. Create actionable business plans to achieve short-term and long-term growth objectives
  • Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities. Qualify leads and prioritize prospects based on potential value and alignment with business objectives
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients during negotiations and collaborations. Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation: Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments to finalize contracts.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align business strategies and deliver value to clients. Provide market feedback to improve product offerings and enhance customer experiences. Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery
  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with organizations that complement the company’s offerings.Foster collaborations that drive mutual growth and expand the company’s market reach.
Qualification and Experience Required:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development/sales in IT field
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets
  • Experience in negotiating and closing complex deals 
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and data-driven decision-making
  • Relationship-building and networking capabilities
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
