- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote AIFC’s products and business initiatives.
- Define clear positioning and messaging for AIFC’s offerings to establish market differentiation.
- Collaborate with product teams to create and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing products.
- Align marketing activities with business development and sales teams to enhance lead generation and customer engagement.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, legal, and business development) to ensure marketing efforts align with organizational goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, digital channels, and lead generation efforts.
- Use data-driven insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to refine marketing strategies.
- Generate reports on marketing performance, return on investment (ROI), and key success metrics for senior management.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize budget allocation for maximum marketing impact.
- Identify and leverage emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance AIFC’s market presence.
- Experiment with new marketing tactics to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles or related fields with increasing responsibilities.
- Proven expertise in executing marketing strategies for product promotion and brand visibility.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation.
- Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experience in budget management and performance measurement.
- Proven track record of collaborating with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Ability to present data and insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Excellent time-management, organizational, and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in English, Russian, and Kazakh.
