- System Installation and Upgrades: Install and upgrade computer systems, hardware, and software to ensure smooth operations.
- Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting user hardware, software, and network issues.
- Device Support: Maintain and support multi-functional devices, including printers, scanners, and copiers.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role (L1), providing hands-on technical support.
- Possess a solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems, with basic troubleshooting skills.
- Are familiar with installing and configuring operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and office productivity software.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Are customer-service oriented, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Are proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
