- Administering a team of 4-5 moderators;
- Preparing regulations, monitoring changes in products that affect user moderation processes;
- Maintaining reports on the quantity and quality of the incoming user flow for the products;
- Preparation of graphic content on the website (retouching, sizing, color correction);
- Content quality control on websites (viewing, content moderation);
- Communication with partners Bitrix (in chat);
- Viewing and monitoring correspondence within the company;
- Training and adaptation of new employees;
- Ensuring the process of moderating user profiles on the Core products.
- Task/workforce planning & trackers;
- Moderation CRM & ticket hygiene (e.g., Bitrix);
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets;
- Media formats & editing fundamentals;
- Policy & taxonomy expertise + documentation;
- Auto-moderation (AI) configuration & calibration;
- Label QA & inter-annotator agreement;
- Verification & activation flows (product-specific).
