- Own and grow strategic MedTech key accounts in Kazakhstan as the primary commercial and technical contact
- Identify and develop business opportunities across a complex medical technology portfolio, including advanced capital equipment and integrated solutions (e.g. MR, CT, PET, among others)
- Build trusted relationships with clinical, technical, procurement, and executive stakeholders, positioning yourself as a long-term partner
- Define and execute long-term account strategies, delivering value-based solutions combining equipment, software, and services
- Lead the sales cycle, including solution design, proposals, and commercial negotiations, in close collaboration with internal teams
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective issue escalation and resolution, while maintaining accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
- Technical or engineering background with a strong commercial mindset
- Experience in technical or solution-based sales within MedTech or related healthcare technology sectors
- Solid understanding of complex medical technologies, such as advanced imaging or comparable capital equipment (e.g. MR, CT, PET, as examples)
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Russian and English, with the ability to engage effectively with clinical and business stakeholders
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed to support customers and projects
- Ability to translate technical and clinical concepts into clear customer value, combined with strong analytical and relationship-building skills
- Work with a broad and innovative MedTech portfolio that supports improved diagnosis, treatment, and patient care
