Responsibilities:
- Deliver full-cycle HR support to employees.
- Manage employee performance processes and oversee end-to-end career development.
- Provide advice and coaching to managers on:
- workforce planning,
- resolving employee relations and management issues,
- employee and organizational development,
- employment and compensation practices.
- Solid knowledge of the Labor Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Experience in HR documentation workflow and general document management.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Proficiency in headcount reporting and employee database management.
- Understanding of modern HR and people management concepts.
- Basic knowledge of employee motivation and performance appraisal practices.
- Familiarity with methods and tools for employee training and development.
- Strong business ethics and professional communication skills.
