- Lead payroll and OPEX budgeting cycles across multiple geographies.
- Design, maintain and improve the bonus and incentive systems.
- Ensure compliance with the European Pay Transparency Act and other regional regulations.
- Drive automation of CB processes and implement system improvements.
- Conduct audits of HR and payroll systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide HR metrics and analytics to support HRBPs in operational decision making.
- Develop and maintain salary ranges and compensation structures across countries.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning in all regions of presence.
- Partner with business leaders to design and implement global CB policies aligned with business strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor on all matters related to compensation, benefits, and global mobility.
- 5 years of experience as a Compensation Benefits Manager (or similar role) in technology driven companies.
- Proven track record of working in global markets (LATAM, MENA, Europe, Africa, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics, budgeting, and financial modeling.
- Solid background in automation of HR processes and systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar).
- Deep understanding of global compensation practices and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level).
- Willingness to relocate to Kazakhstan or Cyprus.
- International certification in Total Rewards (e.g., WorldatWork, CIPD) is a strong plus.
