- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Identify market opportunities and convert leads into contracts.
- Prepare and present commercial offers, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Reporting line: You'll report to the Country Manager and work closely with the Key Account Management team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven track record in sales management, preferably in industrial or heavy equipment sector
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Advanced level of English (Russian/Kazakh is a plus)
