- Develop 3Y strategy for the Mega-brand to achieve target volume & value, market share and contribution objectives for the assigned markets;
- Prepare and gain approval for Brand Annual Operational plan including portfolio, NPD, pricing, communication, media, instore activities, etc.;
- Support overall Mega-brand strategy by setting the overall vision for the brand on a local basis, customizing and translating the global activities to fit best local consumers;
- Initiate and lead marketing research projects in order to identify, understand and monitor consumer needs and wants;
- Initiate, lead and manage consumer activations across all touch points under the assigned brand communication platform and exploring new areas if appropriate;
- Manage all aspects of Mega-brand communication including:
- Identify, gain approval and manage new product and / or format development projects which will satisfy consumer needs;
- Provide recommendations on merchandising, visibility and instore activation standards and KPIs to Trade Marketing function;
- Regular analysis of business performance and competitive activities and proactively leading the action plans;
- Contribute to identifying and programming long term vision for overall business development;
- Control brand P&L/ Franchise budget split in the areas of product, packaging, price, advertising and other communications and recommend actions for improvement;
- Manage and develop a team of direct reports.
- Deliver sustainable growth of business & Brand Health Tracker KPI's;
- Develop and execute 3Y strategy and Annual brand plans;
- Develop and implement 360 Integrated Marketing communication campaigns;
- Manage briefings, communication development and execution for all touch points for the assigned category;
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing strategy based on analysis;
- Collaborate with Franchise team, Sales, Consumer Insights, SC to implement brand strategic plans.
- University degree in Economics/ Marketing (preferred);
- Postgraduate education is a plus;
- Overall marketing 10+ years’ experience;
- Must have = Min. 2 years in MM role with proven business results in FMCG companies/ top leading brands with marketing mix 360 and significant budgets (>$ 3MM);
- Proven strong knowledge of marketing touch points development and activation (strong experience in TV commercials development is a must);
- Strong expertise in Digital;
- Good analytical skills (see connection in data, trends, quickly analyzes complex problems);
- Demonstrates willingness to take on challenge;
- Strong leadership w/in independent projects;
- Proven strong initiative and drive for result skills;
- Strong communication and persuasion skills;
- Good networker;
- People management skills;
- Fluent English.
