- Providing comprehensive support to the relevant directors in secretarial and administrative services, including:
- Managing documentation and handling incoming correspondence;
- Organizing travel arrangements and processing necessary documents;
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of meetings and gatherings;
- Supporting the document accounting and storage system;
- Tracking working hours;
- Participating in projects.
- Higher education;
- Proficiency in English language;
- At least 3 years of overall work experience; experience in a similar position is an advantage;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in the full MS Office suite at an advanced user level.
