Обязанности:
  • Managing HR and Administration functions in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan (HR Specialist KZ, Office Manager KZ & UZ in direct report).
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals and regional specifics.
  • Overseeing full-cycle HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance review, motivation, development, and personnel records.
  • HR budget planning and management.
  • Enhancing corporate culture, internal communications, employee engagement, and resilience.
  • Applying modern HR tools (KPI, Talent Management, Employer Branding, HR Analytics).
  • Collaboration with HQ and global HR projects, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Labor Code of Kazakhstan.
  • Effective liaison with local authorities regarding labor and corporate matters.
Требования:
  • 5+ years of experience as HR Manager/Generalist, preferably in international or large regional companies.
  • Proven experience in building and transforming HR functions.
  • Hands-on expertise in org development, C&B, performance management, employer branding.
  • Solid knowledge of Kazakhstan Labor Code.
  • English — fluent business level (mandatory).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior leadership.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
