- Ensuring office life activity: purchase of office supplies, IT equipment, flowers, expendable materials, food, water and other products. Organization of receiving and controlling of inventory items;
- Ensures of control and safety over the proper condition the office equipment, communications. Maintaining order in the office;
- Preparation of IT equipment for new employees;
- Assistance in coordinating of organizational moments in corporate events if needed;
- Preparation and entering into the accounting system of purchase orders in the area of responsibility (including tickets and hotels for all employees);
- Registration and controlling of contracts including entering in Idocs. Preparation of references about execution of contracts in the area of responsibility;
- Registration and entering into the accounting system new suppliers. Maintain a database of suppliers ;
- Working with primary accounting documents: control of the accuracy and timeliness of preparation before transfer to accounting;
- Сontrolling payments of invoices to suppliers in area of responsibility including tickets and hotels;
- Performing inventory of office equipment;
- Support and assist employees in resolving problems related to the Сompany's activities;
- Archiving documents for Accounting department;
- Сompliance with the rules and norms of business communication, official subordination, correct and friendly style of communication with colleagues and guests;
- Other duties on the request of the administration related to the Сompany's activities.
