IT SpecialistCIS Region (7 markets)Position Summary:
The IT Specialist operates as the sole technology leader for the CIS region, responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of IT infrastructure, support, and project delivery for retail, wholesale, and corporate divisions. This role is hands-on, covering everything from daily support to strategic planning, project management, vendor coordination, and IT budgeting.Key Responsibilities:IT Operations & Infrastructure
  • Independently manage and optimize IT infrastructure (devices, networks, applications, and support services) across all business environments (boutiques, headquarters, remote locations).
  • Provide direct support for device allocation and level 1 troubleshooting for all business divisions and all corporate service departments.
  • Lead IT setup and support for boutique and office openings, relocations, and refurbishments, ensuring technology readiness and reliability.
Project & Application Management
  • Oversee the local implementation and rollout of regional and global IT projects (e.g., ERP systems, CRM, SharePoint, Teams telephony) and act as the primary liaison with regional/global teams to ensure alignment with local market needs.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
Digital Solutions & Innovation
  • Identify gaps in regional IT solutions and propose tailored digital solutions to address specific local market requirements.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and share expertise to benefit other markets when possible.
Business Enablement & User Adoption
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer to business users, empowering them to fully utilize available software and tools (O365, Power Query, etc.).
  • Foster user engagement and ownership in technology-driven change initiatives.
Security & Compliance
  • Implement and uphold company security guidelines and global data protection standards (GDPR), adapting processes for local regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with relevant security and compliance stakeholders (GISEC, GDPR, local DPO).
IT Budgeting & Cost Management
  • Develop, manage, and monitor the IT budget for the CIS region, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost efficiency.
  • Track IT expenditures and provide regular financial reporting to leadership.
  • Evaluate new IT investments and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT management with focus on Retail and e-commerce and IT support roles, preferably with regional/multimarket exposure.
  • Strong expertise in IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Experience with IT budgeting, cost control, and vendor management.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, networking, and database management.
  • Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
  • Fluent English required; knowledge of Russian and/or other CIS languages is highly desirable. French is a plus/
  • Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
