Обязанности:

формирование заявок на необходимые продовольственные товары, сырье и полуфабрикаты, обеспечение их своевременного приобретения и получения
инструктаж по технологии приготовления пищи и другим производственным процессам;
контроль за технологией приготовления пищи, нормами закладки сырья и соблюдением работниками санитарных требований и правил личной гигиены;
составление меню, обеспечение разнообразия ассортимента блюд и кулинарных изделий
обучение персонала
отчетность

Требования:

Опыт работы не менее 3х лет
Квалификация 5 - 6 разряд

Условия:

Вахтовый метод 15/15
Проезд, проживание, питание за счет компании.
