WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
- Own the merchant and partner portfolio as a business unit: analyze performance, risks, and growth potential across the portfolio
- Understand differences in commercial models, operational setups, and risk profiles
- Drive portfolio health and stability: monitor operational and financial performance, as well as compliance-related indicators (volumes, transaction performance, compliance and operational metrics)
- Proactively identify potential risks and performance gaps and drive improvements
- Lead commercial growth within the existing portfolio: identify upsell and expansion opportunities based on data and client analysis
- Understand merchants’ and partners’ business plans and align our value delivery accordingly
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution: coordinate with Compliance,Payments, Support, Finance, and Operations
- Ensure merchants and partners are set up and managed in line with strategic priorities
- Build portfolio transparency and reporting: create structured profiles and dashboards for merchants and partners, provide clear, data-driven insights and forecasts to leadership
- Support decision-making on new business: analyze new prospects from Business Development and support evaluation of new prospects from a commercial and operational perspective.
- At least 4+ years of experience in strategic account management, portfolio management, commercial operations, or similar roles
- Strong ability to work with data, analytics, and performance indicators
- Experience in Fintech, Payments, SaaS or other complex B2B environments
- Proven track record of driving growth and stability within an existing client or partner portfolio
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
- Strong communication style: confident and clear
- Self-driven, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to balance commercial opportunity with operational and risk considerations
- Good English (at least upper-intermediate level) + fluent russian
