- Install, maintain, and repair technical equipment at client locations.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective repairs.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical training and support to customers.
- Explain complex technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports, forms, and logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory; order supplies when needed.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge by attending workshops and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share field insights and resolve issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role (minimum 3 years).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
- Skilled in diagnostic, testing, and repair procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of training users in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Proficient with computers and basic software tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical).
