- Ensure seamless execution of HR operations processes (On & Off boarding, Employee Life Cycle support) in compliance with Kazakhstan labor law.
- Act as a main point of contact for employees and business regarding HR Operations processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with external vendors on payroll, insurance, and learning-related matters.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication, payroll and labor processes, preventing any liability or labor risk to the company
- Develop a strong working relationship with the HR community through proactive facilitation & improvement of HR processes, ensuring effective communication and early identification of requirements & any service issues.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR and Business teams to ensure delivery of streamlined processes, standardization and digitization.
- Identify best HR operational practices within the region and support in Country implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree, major in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Operations or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan Labor Code, Data Privacy Laws and Regulations.
- Proficient in 1C.ZUP is essential
- Experience with shift workers & employees with summarized working regime is essential.
- Fluency in English, with professional verbal & written communication skills.
