You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.You'll play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of industrial and supply chain operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial Planning, Supply Chain, Warehouse), monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with Alstom’s accounting standards, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of budgeting and reporting activities, stock monitoring, and financial reconciliations, but also support operational teams with key performance indicator (KPI) development and analysis.We’ll look to you for:Coordinating budgeting and monthly reporting activities for the Industrial & Supply Chain FunctionMonitoring raw material coverage and budget targets with the Supply Chain ManagerOverseeing WIP and FG coverage with the Industrial Planning ManagerPerforming stock impairment calculations semi-annuallyMonitoring NCR stock ageing and providing action plans for resolutionEnsuring stock in transit aligns with lead timesSupporting warehouse operations to increase stock-taking accuracy and ensuring proper application of DOAReconciling custom stock and ERP stock on a quarterly basisLeading industrial reviews on work order follow-ups, root-cause analysis, and action planningProviding financial support to Industrial and Supply Chain teams and challenging operational KPIsPerforming financial month-end closings and ERP reconciliations to ensure zero gapsProviding accurate and timely reports with analysis and explanationsSupporting FPM with material management work package reviewsEnsuring compliance with DOA and reporting any inconsistenciesActing as a Key User for the GSI controlling moduleAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
