Position PurposeTo coordinate and control procurement activities performed by Construction Subcontractor(s) under delegated procurement arrangements, ensuring full compliance with the EPC Contract requirements, Procurement Management Plan, project procedures, approved vendor rules (AVL/PVL), delivery schedule, quality standards, local content obligations, and documentation/audit requirements.Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
10+ years of procurement experience in EPC/construction projects; experience with subcontractor/delegated procurement is preferred.
Strong knowledge of RFQ/RFP, TBE/CBE processes, vendor evaluation, contract flow-down requirements, and expediting.
Working knowledge of logistics/customs processes, certification requirements, and local content compliance (where applicable).
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/Procurement systems and planning tools is an advantage.

Contractual and compliance-driven mindset; strong documentation discipline.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management across multiple interfaces.
Analytical skills for bid evaluation, risk identification, and schedule recovery.
Clear communication and reporting skills.
