
Country Training & Development Specialist (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan)

- Identifies training needs at the organizational, professional, personal, and managerial levels; prepares training plans utilizing both internal and external resources;
- Coordinates training logistics, including planning, documentation, and organizational processes;
- Participates in the design, implementation, and delivery of both online and offline training programs;
- Supports the development and execution of promotion programs, including educational and developmental initiatives aimed at enhancing professional and behavioural competencies;
- Designs, implements, and monitors evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness and impact of training programs;
- Organizes and administers professional competency tests for participants following training programs; prepares test materials, conducts assessments, and evaluates results;
- Manages and monitors orientation processes for roles under their responsibility, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration;
- Translates training materials to ensure accessibility and consistency across different languages and regions.
- Prepares and reports statistical data related to ongoing projects and training activities to the Head Office T&D Department.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Psychology, Education),
- Advanced English and Kazakh proficiency (both written and verbal),
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Training & Development or a related HR function,
- Proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs,
- Experience in working within multicultural environments is preferred,
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities,
- Good command of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), user experience on digital training and AI tools is a plus,
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness and ROI,
- No obstacles to travel (domestic and international),
- High level of initiative, adaptability, self-discipline and problem-solving,
- Passion for continuous learning and employee development,
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment,
- Turkish language proficiency is a plus.
