- Processes and provides daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key KPIs to track trends, either upon request or on a regular basis.
- Creates presentations based on the analysis of key KPIs, trends, pricing, and marketing data, either upon request or on a regular basis.
- Analyzes the completion of bonus tasks and provides insights into factors that may have influenced their execution.
- Provides internal clients and distributors with information about changes (product pricing, promotional campaigns, new products, etc.).
- Offers analytical support to regional employees and other departments to enable effective forecasting and planning.
- Consolidates data collected from various sources into a unified report.
- Initiates, develops, administers, and monitors reporting systems within the region.
- Fully manages and controls the documentation flow related to the sales department in the electronic document management system (EDMS).
- Participates in cross-functional projects.
- Excel - confident user; proficient in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- PowerPoint (data visualization) - confident user; experienced in creating presentations from scratch.
- Experience working as a coordinator, department assistant, and analyst; participated in various projects.
- Strong communication skills and analytical mindset.
- Responsible, proactive, result-oriented, and flexible.
- English - Intermediate level (spoken and written).
