- Provide legal interpretation and guidance on all legal matters related to company activities in compliance with applicable national and international legislation.
- Provide legal corporate governance support in relation to secretarial activities (draft notes/requests to the meetings).
- Review and check on legal compliance of the Company documents (contracts, memorandums, letters, etc.) with current legislation of the RoK.
- Ensure the representation and legal defence of the company, also for external lawyers according to the criteria set by company and monitoring the quality of the activities performed.
- Ensure analysis and preparation of documentation relating to claims / legal issues of the company and to oversee legal issues.
- Manage all HR activities for staff of the company such as payroll (timesheets and leave and overtime requests), labour cost planning and control activities, budget and forecasts planning, training and development activities, performance management.
- Manage of manpower activity: Forecast / Budget / 4 years plan and coordination of recruitment activity.
- To manage of all HR audits (internal and external), monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to management and authorities upon requirement.
- To issue/update/fill in all HR documents, employment agreements, orders, supplementary agreements and notification letters, confirmation letters, hiring and termination, business trips processes.
- Administer all contracts relevant to Legal/HR services, ensuring timely extensions, ACV revision and increase, preparing documents for new tenders. Monthly checking invoices.
- High University degree in Law.
- At least 3 years of professional legal experience in an international company or similar.
- Experience in HR.
- Practical knowledge of Labour law of RoK.
- Good verbal and written English (Upper Intermediate level).
