We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Office of the Governor of AIFC. This role involves managing the Governor’s schedule, coordinating meetings and business trips, and ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and manage the Governor’s working schedule, including internal/external meetings, visits, and calls.
  • Organize and coordinate business trips (visa support, travel bookings, transfers, work programs).
  • Accompany the Governor during meetings and business trips.
  • Participate in meetings and negotiations; ensure proper documentation and protocols.
  • Communicate instructions and orders from the Governor to relevant departments and monitor execution.
  • Prepare analytical materials, reports, and references for the Governor.
  • Handle correspondence and maintain confidentiality of documents.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Governor’s office and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications (calls, emails, letters).
  • Draft letters, requests, and other documents as instructed.
  • Ensure compliance with AIFC policies, regulations, and confidentiality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Governor and Line Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, International Relations, Public Policy, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in financial industry or related fields.
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Kazakh, Russian, and English (fluent) required
