- Arrange and manage the Governor’s working schedule, including internal/external meetings, visits, and calls.
- Organize and coordinate business trips (visa support, travel bookings, transfers, work programs).
- Accompany the Governor during meetings and business trips.
- Participate in meetings and negotiations; ensure proper documentation and protocols.
- Communicate instructions and orders from the Governor to relevant departments and monitor execution.
- Prepare analytical materials, reports, and references for the Governor.
- Handle correspondence and maintain confidentiality of documents.
- Serve as a liaison between the Governor’s office and internal/external stakeholders.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming communications (calls, emails, letters).
- Draft letters, requests, and other documents as instructed.
- Ensure compliance with AIFC policies, regulations, and confidentiality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Governor and Line Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, International Relations, Public Policy, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years in financial industry or related fields.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Kazakh, Russian, and English (fluent) required
