Programme / Service Support ▪ Deliver a range of administrative tasks in line with corporate procedures to ensure high-quality, consistent, and efficient operations. ▪ Maintain accurate records related to the work area and prepare routine as well as occasional non-standard documentation. ▪ Provide logistical support for the planning and delivery of internal and external activities and events, ensuring smooth and efficient execution. ▪ Recognise and assess the impact of issues as they arise-such as complaints, resourcing gaps, or logistical/technical challenges-and proactively alert the Operations Manager to any concerns that could affect service delivery, project timelines, or customer experience. Relationship & Stakeholder Management ▪ Proactively communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support the effective delivery of activities, services, and events. ▪ Develop an understanding of key stakeholders across the region to enable efficient issue resolution and stronger collaboration. Resource Coordination ▪ Monitor and manage small-scale resources in accordance with established procedures, ensuring that materials and equipment are available, maintained, and ready for use when needed. Managing Self & Others ▪ Coordinate colleagues or external contractors/suppliers to complete straightforward, time-bound activities within established processes, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery. ▪ Oversee task completion to ensure adherence to agreed quality standards and deadlines. Qualifications - Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in area relevant to the job. Minimum/Essential: Demonstrable previous experience of managing multi-disciplinary tasks carrying out a mix of different functions or delivering different services Evidence of quality management skills, and of having managed a service delivery function so as to deliver improvements in service quality to customers and users.
