Key Responsibilities:Maintain a centralized register of all airport permits, licenses, and certificates, ensuring timely renewal and validity tracking.Coordinate preparation, submission, and follow-up of applications for environmental, land use, construction, sanitary, and operational permits.Monitor expiration dates and proactively initiate renewal processes to prevent any compliance gaps.Liaise with governmental and regulatory authorities on inspections, audits, and reporting requirements.Ensure relevant departments have up-to-date access to valid permits and supporting documentation.Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and compliance evidence.Collaborate with Legal, HSE, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure all activities meet regulatory standards.Maintain both electronic and physical archives of regulatory documentation in accordance with company procedures.Prepare analytical reports and dashboards on permit status and compliance indicators using Excel and Power BI.Provide regular compliance updates and summaries to management. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Law, Environmental Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.Minimum 6-7 years of experience in permit management, regulatory compliance, or documentation control, preferably in aviation, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.Good knowledge of Kazakhstan regulatory frameworks (environmental, construction, sanitary, and industrial safety).Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI (data analysis, reporting, dashboards).Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.English – Upper Intermediate, fluent Kazakh and Russian.
