7–10 years of experience in sales, service, or project management within a multinational environment, preferably involving screening and crushing equipment, mineral processing, or related technologies.
Solid understanding of commercial terms, contracts, and sales processes in capital equipment and aftermarket business.
Fluent in Russian and English; Turkish and Kazakh languages skills are considered an advantage.
Strong proficiency in MS Office; experience with Power BI and Salesforce is a plus.
Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate screening performance data into clear commercial and technical value propositionsLocation - Almaty, Astana, hybrid approach
