- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the learning and development function, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and long-term objectives.
- Define and implement departmental goals, strategies, and business directions to position the organization as a regional leader in professional education and development.
- Lead planning, resource allocation, and performance management of the team.
- Develop and optimize internal workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee departmental budgeting, resource utilization, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Lead business development initiatives by identifying new markets, client segments, and partnership opportunities.
- Drive the promotion and sales of learning programs, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and educational institutions to expand the organization’s customer base.
- Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and service agreements to secure long-term collaborations.
- Develop pricing strategies, proposals, and presentations that effectively communicate the value of learning solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction, collect feedback, and ensure continuous improvement of offerings to enhance market competitiveness.
- Contribute directly to revenue generation and achievement of sales targets.
- Inspire, coach, and mentor a high-performing team, setting KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews, and supporting professional development.
- Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and a culture of excellence across the organization.
- Provide regular reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring confidentiality, safety, and compliance in all documentation and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, HRM, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the education industry or related fields.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering successful learning programs.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution aligned with organizational goals.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Deep understanding of educational methodologies and emerging technologies.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- High ethical standards and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
