Now, as we scale, we’re building a bold and creative marketing team to redefine how we speak to our customers visually and emotionally.✨ About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify pipeline for SMB and mid-market accounts. In this role, you will focus on promoting Yesim’s Partner API, OneBalance corporate plans, and Virtual Numbers to prospective B2B clients.You will lead outbound prospecting efforts and strategically develop target accounts across travel, fintech, and corporate travel industries. Working closely with Account Executives, you will ensure a consistent flow of high-quality, sales-ready opportunities, playing a key role in expanding Yesim’s B2B partnerships and driving revenue growth.📝 ResponsibilitiesExecute outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified sales opportunitiesResearch and identify target accounts in travel, fintech, and corporate travel segmentsQualify inbound leads and route them appropriatelyConduct initial discovery calls to assess fit using BANT frameworkBook discovery meetings and product demos for Account ExecutivesExecute ABM campaigns for strategic accounts and automated sequences for tactical prospectsSupport trade show lead follow-up and provide market intelligence feedback📩What We’re Looking For1-2 years in B2B SDR/BDR role, preferably in SaaS, travel tech, fintech, or telecomProven ability to meet/exceed monthly quotas in high-volume outbound environmentExceptional written communication skills for email outreachRelentless and systematic in follow-up to move deals forwardProficiency with Pipedrive CRM and sales automation tools (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)Self-motivated with resilience to handle rejection and ability to iterate based on dataFluent in English (C2), other languages highly valuedUnderstanding of B2B2C business models and API partnerships preferred🎁 What We Offer💻 Fully remote format — work from anywhere in the world
