Format: Full-time / part-time.
Duration: 6 months (a junior/associate offer may be extended based on performance).We are searching for HR Compliance Intern, who will join the team responsible for provision of HR compliance services to external clients.Role:Under the guidance, you will support the preparation and maintenance of HR documentation, handle data entry in internal systems, and ensure adherence to the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and clients’ internal policies.Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the preparation of standard HR documents: onboarding/internal transfer/termination package, addendums, orders, vacation schedules, timesheets, confirmation letters, etc.
- Entering and updating personnel data in 1C: ZUP 3.1; maintaining trackers and registries in Excel/SharePoint.
- Administrative work: proper scanning and organizing documents.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in handling documents and data, and ability to follow checklists.
- Proficiency in Office Software (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Proficiency in English, Kazakh, and Russian.
- Basic knowledge of the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and HR documentation (orders, employment contracts, addendums, vacation schedules, timesheets).
- Work Experience in a similar field is preferred.
