This is a great opportunity to start your career in marketing, gain international experience, and contribute to high-level projects across Central Asia.Key Responsibilities:Content & PublicationsReview and edit articles prepared by lawyers before publication.Collect materials for newsletters and coordinate with legal teams.Conduct research and analysis of legal/market trends to identify relevant topics.Draft and format social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).Events & External RelationsIdentify relevant conferences, forums, sponsorships, and client events.Maintain the events calendar and ensure timely updates to lawyers and partners.Register participants and coordinate with accounting/office managers for payments, tickets, and hotel bookings.Collect and archive certifications and gratitude letters.Financial & Administrative SupportAssist with collecting and monitoring invoices related to marketing expenses.Track payments, subscriptions, and renewals.Business Development & PitchesDraft proposals and presentations for client pitches.Update project databases (Jeffit), prepare case descriptions, and assist with tenders.Partner Support & BrandingSupport partners with personal LinkedIn activities.Assist in preparing annual flagship reports (e.g., Kazakhstan Renewable Energy Report).Edit and update firm and lawyer profiles for legal rankings (Chambers, Legal 500, etc.).Client Data & ComplianceMaintain CRM and ensure compliance with GDPR and local regulations.Assist in developing a client feedback program (surveys, interviews).International IntegrationSupport cross-border initiatives with international law firms.Align branding, communications, and information exchange within global networks.Requirements:Mandatory:Strong interest in marketing and event management.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Basic proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.Ability to handle administrative tasks (payments, logistics, coordination).Professional proficiency in English.Creative mindset and interest in content and social media.Preferred:Proficiency in MS Office Suite (advanced PowerPoint and Excel with Pivot Tables).Strong English writing and editing skills (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced).Research and analytical abilities (trend monitoring, summarising).Knowledge of Canva, CRM tools, and social media platforms.Previous corporate experience is a plus.What We Offer:Opportunity to work in an international law firm with global clients.Exposure to international projects and cross-border initiatives.Professional growth in marketing and business development.Supportive team and mentorship from experienced professionals.UNICASE LAW FIRMAbout UnicaseUnicase is a leading Central Asian law firm operating locally and internationally, with a strong presence in Kazakhstan, as well as in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan.
