- Organize internal events for the Business Unit (BU) to foster engagement and team spirit.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with BU goals and overall company objectives.
- Provide consultation to managers on people management practices and HR-related issues.
- Coordinate and execute internal communications to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Oversee and improve recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and training processes.
- Analyze HR metrics and develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and performance.
- Proven experience in various HR functions with a solid understanding of core HR processes.
- Experience delivering presentations and training sessions to diverse audiences (e.g. students, junior staff, senior partners).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
