- Launch new products and promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and in‑store performance.
- Create loyalty and sales‑driving initiatives.
- Manage promotional activities, discounts, and other trade marketing tools.
- Act as the main link between Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and external partners.
- Coordinate marketing plan execution with internal teams.
- Support the Sales team with materials, motivational programs, and communication tools.
- Monitor sales dynamics, consumer behavior, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare analytical reports and performance summaries for management.
- Identify growth opportunities and propose improvement strategies.
- Manage day-to-day tasks of the trade marketing function.
- Participate in company-wide initiatives and support project execution.
- Develop and implement effective KPIs for the sales team.
- Higher education degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing or FMCG-related roles.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG market and retail channel dynamics.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
